Saturday 2 July Programme

Host of the Hive tent today will be Louise Gray, author of the award-winning Ethical Carnivore, an insightful book discussing the use of meat by only eating animals killed by herself. Louise writes about the environment and food. She has written for the Daily Telegraph, The Guardian and Wicked Leeks. She is interested in the intersection between what we eat and how we care for the environment. View the full programme of talks here
