Invertebrate polyphagous predators as pest control agents: Some criteria and methods.

Abstract

Various criteria and methods for assessing the value of polyphagous predators to agricultural production are reviewed. These range from determination of the effect of predators on pest populations to the effect of agrochemicals on predator populations. Reference is made throughout to work on predators of cereal aphids.
