Teresa Dent CBE joined the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust as Chief Executive in November 2001, taking over from Dick Potts. Teresa has a degree in agriculture from Reading University and was previously a farming consultant with Strutt & Parker, running a team in the south and south -west. She has lived and worked in the countryside all her life and is passionate about helping to bridge the gap between wildlife conservation and land management. “I love working for the GWCT,” says Teresa. “I enjoy working with scientists who make decisions based on facts and evidence, and who have huge expertise.It is a pleasure to lead an organisation that is clearly making a difference.
