Please join us in a banquet-style dining experience at the renowned SEED restaurant at Pembrokeshire College. You will be treated to a 3 course dining experience of a game starter and main course to be concluded by desserts that complete this delicious, hearty menu.
Students prepare all the food, serve it and run the front of house activities at SEED. They take great pride in preparing and serving fabulous food and in supervising each other to gain experience of restaurant and kitchen management.
Students are guided by a professional team of staff to achieve the highest standards.
We are so excited to be able to cement links with the grass roots of the food sector and come together to celebrate and promote the consumption of sustainably sourced game meats here in West Wales.
