GWCT Scotland are excited about the Scottish Game Fair which is being held at Scone Palace between 5th-7th July.
We have a fantastic new central exhibit, along with our regular features such as Listen to the Land, Education Tent, Members Marquee and Advisory Marquees:
• The Central Exhibit this year is titled 'Our Landscapes' and showcases Scotland's key landscapes, wildlife, and conservation efforts against biodiversity loss and climate change. It highlights GWCT's support for farmers and land managers and visitors can explore through informative pods and our adjacent Advisory Marquee.
• Our Education tent is full of exciting stand holders and interactive activities for youngsters. We will be running various ecological activities as well as looking at life-cycles, species identification and more.
• The Listen to the Land tent will host a fascinating variety of talks on heather moorland, deer management and the Scottish Golden Eagle project amongst others.
• Our Artists in Action tent is back with unique observations of wildlife. This year Emily Crookshank, Nick Blackmore and Charlotte Marlow will be creating beautiful pieces over the three days on the GWCT’s ringside stand.
• Our GWCT Marquee and garden are exclusive to you, our members and your friends and family on Friday, and open to all on Saturday and Sunday.
You are welcome to take guests in, but we hope you will encourage them to join GWCT before they leave! As always there will be hot lunches, grazing and light bites on offer along with a fully stocked bar and the best jug of Pimms on site!
We’d like to make a special thanks to our array of sponsors and partners for their support of the GWCT Scottish Game Fair. It is hugely appreciated and we look forward to seeing them over the weekend.
Tickets are still available here or you can purchase them on the day.
We hope you can make Scotland’s number one Game Fair and that you will visit some of the amazing features we have put on for 2024.
