Following the success of the GWCT Game 23 Conference in Shropshire earlier this year, we are delighted to confirm that GWCT’s annual game conference Game 24 which will take place on Tuesday 5th March 2024.
The conference will be held at The Garden Rooms at Tennants, Leyburn, North Yorkshire and is a fantastic opportunity for all involved in game and wildlife management to catch up and keep up to date with the latest developments, research, and advice for lowland game shoots.
The event will cover key topics including ongoing challenges such as GL43, the need to demonstrate and evidence best practice, and the GWCT’s latest research on fox abundance at release sites.
Guest speakers will discuss topics such as the new Aim to Sustain Game Assurance Scheme, conservation initiatives and the difficulties of avian influenza.
The event also offers an excellent opportunity for shoot owners and gamekeepers to seek advice after the 2023-24 season, look forward to the 2024 -25 season, catch up with friends and associates and hear the latest from the GWCT and game management sector.
