Our beef boxes are nutrient-rich and full flavoured which will help boost your health as well as being delicious! Perfect for the festive season.
Finished on the GWCT’s Game & Wildlife Scottish Demonstration Farm, Auchnerran, on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park, where we take a low input, high welfare, regenerative approach to our farming.
Our goal with the introduction of beef animals to Auchnerran is to implement regenerative farming practices to improve biodiversity within our fields, better our soils and promote a real farm-to-fork experience.
We chose the Highland X Shorthorn Cattle breed for their hardiness, fine temperament, and good marbling throughout. The animals were reared by Killochries Fold and arrived at our farm in spring this year where they have been entirely grass-fed on diverse swards around the farm. No hay or concentrates were fed.
How To Reserve Your Hamper
There will be a limited number of three different types of hamper available (details of each are below) and you will be able to order them for one day only on Tuesday 21st November. First you need to reserve one here (there is no deposit required - we wil contact you on Tuesday 21st November with payment details). We will allocate hampers on a 'first come, first served' basis. Delivery will be on Saturday 25th November

Important Information
The beef is VACUUM-PACKED, as the air has been removed from the packaging, the meat will stay fresh for up to 10 days in your refrigerator providing it is kept between 0-3 degrees C. The fresh mince needs to be frozen after 5 days from packing as it has been through a machine. All meat intended for freezing should be frozen as soon as possible after purchase. The quality of the meat is the same whether it is cooked from fresh or frozen. Once unfrozen, meat must not be refrozen unless cooked beforehand.
