Demijohn has had a long and happy relationship with the GWCT Scottish Game Fair, which is held annually at Scone Palace near Perth, and is all set to return on 30th June for this year’s cracking 3 day event.
Demijohn was founded in Edinburgh in 2004 by Angus and Frances Ferguson with the simple idea of allowing customers to taste locally sourced food and drink products, prior to selling them in refillable glass bottles on demand.
Known as the World's first liquid deli, their seemingly timeless sustainable retail idea was an instant success and led to the creation of an international mail order business and multiple retail outlets around the UK.
This thriving business is now based at Glenlair Steading, on the family farm in South West Scotland. Their award winning selection of quirky handmade, British food and drink sells predominantly online to customers all over the World. However, to allow their customers to refill their empty and valuable Demijohn bottles more easily, they also have an ever increasing number of smaller Concession outlets in some of the finest Farm Shops and Delis around the UK, such as Loch Leven's Larder and Craigie's Farm.
