The World Gunmakers Evening is a truly unique evening to enjoy the finest guns. You can meet the experts, handle the guns and compare your favourites all in one place at an event like no other this May.
The idea behind the World Gunmakers Evening six years ago was to create a unique event like no other in the shooting industry. The event, set in the comfort of a five-star hotel rather than outside in the elements, takes place over one evening rather than the usual 3 day affair. This is extremely attractive to guests, and gunmakers, and with the events central location it is easily accessible for guests to drop in throughout the evening, whether it is by themselves, with friends, colleagues or clients.
Meet the experts
Event numbers are limited to 400 people which allows a perfect opportunity for guests to really speak with the experts, from a variety of brands, learn more about the history of the gunmakers and gain a unique in insight into the designs of many of the famous guns we know today. It also gives the gunmakers the opportunity to meet their clients and get feedback on their cherished guns.
Handle the guns
There are few occasions where you can handle such fine guns, that would usually be locked behind a glass cabinet. The biggest names in the world of gunmaking will be displaying their finest guns for guests to enjoy and dry mount. Whether you are interested in a Holland & Holland, James Purdey & Sons, AYA or a Beretta, there is something for everyone. Compare your favourites
With only a table to present their finest guns and with limited branding allowed all gunmakers are equal with close competitors being only a few feet away from each other. This offers guests an opportunity to compare their favourites all in one place, quickly and easily, whether it is to purchase their next gun or just marvel at the craftsmanship.
Shotguns and rifles
Alongside the exquisite shotguns on display, some of the world's finest rifles will also be there for guests to admire. There will also be many other opulent shooting brands to compliment the gunmakers exhibiting on the night, such as Hull Cartridges, Foxdenton Gin, Le Chameau and many more. Location
The World Gunmakers Evening 2018 takes place on Thursday 17th May at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge, London. The space overlooks the Cadogan Gardens and Sloane Street offering the most accessible, exclusive and intimate location for a demonstration of exceptional talent and artistry in the gunmaking world.
